VACANCIES
This is a private Bowling Club, one of twelve in Northumberland.
Gosforth is one of the most successful clubs in the County.
It has one of the finest greens in the County.
It has one of the finest Club Houses in the County.
We currently hold five of the six major County Titles.
We were runners up in the EBA Top Club Competition at Worthing in 2005 which makes us the second best Club in the whole of England.
We have won the Bell Cup (for private clubs in Northumberland) for the last seven years.
The Club is involved in Bowls at all levels from casual play, through participation in friendlies (see below), League games and County games.
We have numerous friendly games against teams from all over the North East from Seahouses in the North, Darlington in the South to Carlisle in the West
We currently have members whose abilities range from beginner to County and International status.
There are vacancies for both men and women at all levels of ability.
Tuition will be given to beginners.
